Johanna Le Pape
Johanna’s mastery of high-end patisserie led to her receiving the World Champion of Pastry title at the Mondial des Arts Sucrés in 2014. She went on to become chief trainer at the prestigious Alain Ducasse Cooking School, offering courses in French and English. Today, she is a pastry chef consultant and specialist in health-conscious pastries that balance nutrition with exceptional flavor.
