Bacchus and Clio – Johanna Lepape

Johanna Le Pape

Johanna’s mastery of high-end patisserie led to her receiving the World Champion of Pastry title at the Mondial des Arts Sucrés in 2014. She went on to become chief trainer at the prestigious Alain Ducasse Cooking School, offering courses in French and English. Today, she is a pastry chef consultant and specialist in health-conscious pastries that balance nutrition with exceptional flavor.

François is a third-generation ceramicist, following in the footsteps of his esteemed grandfather, Jean Roger. François trained as a sommelier but was drawn to continue his family business from a thriving workshop in Place des Vosges.
